The Recruitment Process

  • 1. You Apply For A Role

    Submit a CV and covering letter using our online application tool.

  • 2. We review and qualify

    We will also provide feedback on CV's within a reasonable timeframe.

  • 3. You will be invited for a 1st stage interview

    We will now qualify your CV and background further, assess and review against job criteria as well as provide you with an overview of our company history, culture and future plans

  • 4. You will be invited to an assessment centre

    You will be one of the 5-10 candidates on rotation completing a series of exercises with qualified assessors. You could be asked to complete a competency based interview. Thomas Online Profiling or Case Study and presentation. Written feedback provided.

  • 5. We will contact you

    On successful completion of all stages thus far, we will contact you personally with an offer of employment.

  • 6. You will be 'On-Boarded'

    You will be fully guided through to your start date, following which you will partake in an HR Induction which will fully familarise you with Celerant Consulting tools, processes, internal systems and of course, people.
